• GLL provides the opportunity for General Counsel to act as promoters of their companies' visions and objectives and to establish themselves as thought leaders in a global economic market. To that end we will help provide the resources to enable you to enhance your skills and behaviours, as a business leader.

GLL is establishing a series of products and rolling out various events, to enable GCs and aspiring GCs to engage with leadership, in a context in which they can define their own leadership characteristics and apply these to the benefit of the organisations for which they work .

GLL aims to:

increase the GC's confidence

increase their knowledge base and skill range

raise business awareness of the quality which lies in the Gc's office

provide a forum in which the thinking that drives leadership can be explored and adopted by individual GC's
